<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a method for measuring tensile force of a power transmission line wherein a tensile sensor for sensing tensile force based on distortion can be simply placed only by inserting it into an engaging part and which is applicable to installation sites of various shapes. CONSTITUTION:A tensile force sensor 8 is inserted into an engaging part 7 of a coupling jig 3, and tensile force of a power transmission line is obtained from a distortion of the tensile force sensor 8. The tensile force sensor 8 comprises a body 9 which is provided being inserted to the engaging part and deforms according to the tensile force and a distortion gage 10 which is provided on the body 9 for detecting deformation of the body 9.</p> |
