PURPOSE:To make it possible to select a graph appropriate for a data format even by an operator who is not familiar with graph forming operation. CONSTITUTION:Data of a table format are inputted, the whole data or a specified part of the inputted table format data is recognized as a target range of graph formation, whether each of plural prepared graph formats is appropriate for the format of data in the range concerned or not is judged, a required graph format is selected in the supressed state of the selection by excluding a graph format judged as an unsuitable format by the judgement from a selection branch and the formation of a graph with the selected format is executed based upon formed data. |
