PURPOSE:To prevent the bending of a core caused by the opening of cutters. CONSTITUTION:After the end-part-side covering 61 of an electric wire 50 is separated from the remaining covering 62 by moving the end part of the electric wire 50 backward in a state of the covering being cut by cutters 201, the electric wire 50 is moved forward before opening the cutters 201. This separates from the cutters 201 the end-part-side covering 61 having adhered to the cutters 201 at the time of the backward movement of the electric wire. Accordingly, it becomes possible to prevent the bending of the core 52, since the electric wire 50 does not follow the cutters 201 at the time of the opening of the cutters 201. |
