PURPOSE:To make selective separation based on the nucleic acid base composition of a sample compound. CONSTITUTION:This filler for capillary is composed of polyacryl amide-based gel containing the polymer of 9-vinyladenine. This filler is a new filler for capillary which is useful for the separation, purification, and qualitative and quantitative analyses of various natural or nonnatural compounds containing nucleic acid bases at the time of performing the capillary electrophoresis(CE) method. |
