<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact sensor head for optical CT which enables detection of current accurately. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical bobbin 25 is wound with a solenoid coil 27 while an optical magnetic field sensor 9 is housed into a bobbin 25. which allows the production of a compact sensor head 4 requiring no large housing space in a case 7 for the optical magnetic field sensor 9. In addition, a buffer material 31 wraps optical fibers 10a and 10b to allow the prevention of the optical fibers 10a and 10b from vibrating even when a vibration is applied to the case 7 thereby achieving accurate measurement of current.</p> |
