<p>A cell damage repairing factor which can promote repair of damages to the tissues and organs of a living organism. This factor (indulin) originates in a human or animal tissue or blood component, increases in response to the extent of damages to a human or animal tissue, and has an activity of promoting the production of a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in a HGF-producing cell. Since the repairing factor of the invention promotes the production of HGF having an activity of repairing tissue damages, it is useful as a tissue damage repairing agent.</p> |
