摘要 Flexible robot arms are needed for manipulations in environments which are difficult of access, restricted and beset with obstacles. The invention provides such by comprising various basic components (GR) which are flat, arranged one above the other so as to tip and interconnected by joints (G). Here, the individual basic components are arranged along the stack axis (A) in mutually reversed array. Between the individual basic components are fitted adjusting members, e.g. air chambers, which make it possible to set a precise angle ( mu ) between the basic components. A control logic (SL) and a control bus with an electric power supply (SB) ensure that, in each adjusting member, the predetermined position is maintained.
