The invention relates to an arrangement of a plate (2) on the upper side (1a) of a ski (1) in order to secure at least one ski-binding part (5, 6). The plate (2) is fixed, by means of fastening screws (4, 14), on the ski upper side (1a) with the interposition of a flexible element (3), the plate (2) being held at a distance from the ski upper side (1a) by the flexible elements (3) assigned to the individual fastening screws (4, 14). In order to avoid undesired tightening of the fastening screws (4, 14) and also to prevent an undesired alteration in the characteristic curve of the ski (1) on bending of the ski, the invention provides that each fastening screw (4, 14) is inserted, with interposition of a spacer, into the flexible element (3) which extends between the lower plane of the screw head (4a, 14a) and the ski upper side (1a). <IMAGE> |
