PURPOSE:To ensure the working of the titled device down to a low level of power supply voltage with a small chip area and to generate the reference voltage of a zero temperature coefficient, by using a constant voltage means having nearly a fixed negative temperature coefficient for the terminal voltage to the variations of a bias current. CONSTITUTION:A bias current is supplied to a constant voltage circuit 12 having a negative temperature coefficient for the terminal voltage from a constant current source 13. The terminal voltage of the circuit 12 is applied to the base of the 1st transistor TR14, and the emitter of the TR14 is connected to a feed line 7a via a resistance 15. The other terminal of the TR14 is connected to a feed line 7b via a resistance 17 to which the collector current of the TR14 is supplied. A TR1 to which a constant current is supplied is connected to a terminal of the resistance 17. The terminal voltage of the TR1 is applied to the base of a TR2, and the reference output current or voltage is extracted from the collector or an emitter of the TR2. In such a way, the degree of freedom is increased to set the level and the temperature coefficient of the output voltage or current. In addition, the working is ensured with the power supply voltage of a low level. |
