Integrated prodn. system and control method for assembling components - moulded components are mfd. inspected and assembled in integrated unit, eliminating excess transport and storage

Components are mfd. and assembled in an integrated unit which eliminates excessive transporting of components, storage systems and automatic robotic transporting vehicles. A typical prodn. facility combines all sections for processing raw materials, inspection and assembly in an arrangement suitable for the product under mfr. The entire process from material feed through to final assembly is based on the Just-In-Time principle. USE/ADVANTAGE - The process is used for mfg. electromechanical products e.g. video recorder, printers based on an assembly of parts manufactured in different materials and by different methods, and is more efficient due to elimination of excessive movement of parts between inspection, storage and assembly and does not require automatic robotic transporters.
