<p>A data processor for display comprising a color data processor for image processing using a color conversion table, and a digital-to-analog converter which converts digital image data into video signals for display on a CRT. The data processor includes an image data storage unit which stores image data as color numbers, a color conversion table storage unit which stores data corresponding to color numbers and outputs to the display unit the color data that correspond to color numbers read out from the image data storage unit, a temporary storage unit for temporarily storing rewrite data consisting of pairs of rewrite color data and rewrite color numbers for rewriting color data stored in the color conversion table storage unit, and a color conversion table rewriting unit which rewrites color data in the color conversion table storage unit based on a preceding rewrite data stored in the temporary storage means. <IMAGE></p> |
