PURPOSE:To attain the retrieval of data containing the input designated information by recording video signals to individual video files in response to the registered data. CONSTITUTION:The retrieving keyword of the desired data is designated through a keyboard 51. A microprocessor MP50 refers to a retrieving table to check the presence or absence of storage of data containing a designated keyword and obtains the entry numbers of all data in case >=1 item of data are stored. Then the MP50 obtains the stored head address on a video file VF57 from the directory for each entry. Then the video signals are read out and displayed on a display 58. the entries having designated keywords are read out and displayed on the display 58. The retrieving process is through with the file 57 when the display is over for all entries. This retrieving process is carried out when the MP 50 executes the program of a main memory 53. |
