<p>PURPOSE:To perform the erasure operation and the write operation of a data by using a single power supply by a method wherein a programming power supply is formed by adding a boosting circuit to a memory card on which an FEEPROM is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A boosting circuit 2 is added to a memory card on which an FEEPROM 1 is mounted; a boosting signal from a read/-write control circuit 3 is input; a programming power supply Vcc is input to the FEEPROM 1. The FEEPROM 1 executes the collective erasure operation of a data, its write operation to a data input part and the output operation of the data of an address which has been input when a control signal from the read/write control circuit 3, a decoding signal from a decoder 5 and said programming power supply Vcc are input. As a result, the erasure operation, the write operation and the readout operation of the data can be performed by a single power supply, and an external circuit is simplified.</p> |
