A waiting situation management file 106 stores final reception information and consulting information for the respective consultation departments. A voice input means 104 receives and recognizes inquiry department information 112 through a voice input device 114 by voice. A waiting situation management file retrieval means 116 retrieves the waiting situation management file 106 by recognized inquiry department information and fetches a final reception number and a consulting number. A voice output means 105 outputs the fetched final reception number and the consulting number through a voice output device 115 to a person who makes inquiry.</p> |
