<p>PURPOSE:To enable liquid crystal display coincident with the input position of a tablet by deciding a parameter used for a specified correction calculation from 3 ideal coordinate values and the coordinate values on the tablet and correcting the tablet output. CONSTITUTION:From 3 ideal coordinate values stored beforehand and the coordinates value on an actual tablet, a parameter used for the correction calculation shown in equations I and II is decided, and the tablet output is corrected by the calculated result. In equations I and II, X and Y are X and Y coordinate values of the tablet coming into contact with a pen, XH and YH are the X and Y coodinate values after correction, and (a), (e), (g), (h), (c) and (j) are respectively shown in an expression III. In the expression III, X1-X3 and Y1-Y3 are the X and Y coordinates values stored in the memory for the correction value of the tablet coming into contact with the pen, XM1-XM3 and YM1-YM3 are the X and Y coordinate values stored in the memory for an ideal value and YM1=YM3 and XM2=XM3 are obtained.</p> |
