PURPOSE:To make the rotating speeds of two induction motors having different rated outputs coincident even when the induction motors are operated by means of an inverter. CONSTITUTION:The number of poles of each induction motor 61 and 62 is selected so that the synchronous speed of the second motor 62 having a smaller rated output can become faster than that of the first motor 61. As a result, the relations between the rotating speed and output torque of each motor 61 and 62 become the ones shown in (A) of Fig. 1. Then the relations between the rotating speed and output torque of each motor 61 and 62 are changed so that points A and B can be arranged on nearly the same rotating speed as shown in (B) of Fig. 1 by adjusting the output voltage of an inverter. |
