PURPOSE:To reduce the impact when an elevation rod for feeding a tape and/or peeling a cover tape is engaged with an oscillating lever. CONSTITUTION:A shutter lever stopper pin 28 which is deviated and clamped with a screw is rotated to regulate the interval between an oscillating lever 22 biased by the pin 28 and locked and an elevation rod 20 to a minimum, thereby minimizing an impact to the lever 22 due to falling of the rod 20. |
