PURPOSE:To materialize a constant current system of a light emitting diode drive circuit which enables the high-speed switching of a light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION:This is a constant current system of light emitting diode drive circuit which is equipped with a voltage control current source 1, where the current value I11 for driving a light emitting diode 3 is controlled by first input voltage V11, a voltage control switch 2, which is interposed in the current course between that voltage control current source 1 and the light emitting diode 3 and the switching of which is controlled by the second input voltage V12 on a binary level, and a current mirror circuit 4, which decides the DC level of the first input voltage V11. And a capacitor 11 is added, which is one for applying peaking to the drive current I11 of the diode 3 by superposing the AC ingredients of the second input voltage V12 on the first input voltage V11. |
