PURPOSE:To effectively perform the self-recovery to a failure by use of a case in which recovering work is described. CONSTITUTION:Cases are hierarchically classified according to failure symptoms, failures and classes, and a case suitable to a caused failure is selected to perform recovering work. Application priorities are given to the classes, and when the applicable case is present in plural classes, the application priorities are referred to at need. When the application of the case is successful, the application priority of the class to which the case belongs is raised to make this class easy to apply. The application priority of the related class is also raised to properly cope with a failure occurring from the same cause. When a plurality of cases to be applied belong to the same class, only one representative case is applied to raise the success ratio of case application. |
