PURPOSE:To effectively perform the self-recovery to a failure by use of a case in which recovering work is described. CONSTITUTION:Cases CS1-CS5 are hierarchically classified according to failure symptoms, failures and classes A-C, and a case suitable to a caused failure is selected to conduct recovering work. When the failure can not be recovered by the case application, the work is inferred by qualitative inference to recover the failure. When it is successful, the inferred work is registered as the case of a new class. When a plurality of cases to be applied belong to the same class, only one representative case is applied to raise the success ratio of case application. |
