PURPOSE:To realize calculation of power charge, matched to use conditions, in a charge system split into two time zones by solving a problem wherein a measured power charge may not match with use conditions when the set time of a machine incorporating timer function is shifted in a time zone power charge system in which midnight and daytime power charges are measured indivisually through WHMs. CONSTITUTION:In a power switcher connected, on the power supply side, with a switch 4 for feeding power to the power supply side of an electric appliance 7 only during midnight power charge time and interrupting power supply on same power supply line 13 during other time band and with a timer 6 for controlling the switch 4 to feed power during a predetermined time zone or daily cycle the midnight power charge time zone and other time zone of the timer 6 are synchronized by a signal fed from a WHM 2 for measuring power consumption of the electric appliance. |
