<p>PURPOSE:To provide an integrated circuit device for a microcomputer or the like in which an N-channel comparator or a P-channel comparator is freely selected in response to the level of a reference voltage and a sure comparison output is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A P-channel comparator 19 and an N-channel comparator 23 are provided on the inside of the integrated circuit device for a microcomputer or the like and since either of the P-channel comparator 19 and the N-channel comparator 23 is selected in response to the reference voltage level, a sure comparison output is obtained and the one kind of the integrated circuit device is compatible with the P-channel comparator and the N-channel comparator.</p> |
