<p>PURPOSE:To enable conversion efficiency to be improved by providing a fifth capacitor of which negative pole side, where a voltage which is obtained by adding an addition voltage of second and fourth capacitors at a first timing and first and third capacitors at a second timing and a power supply voltage is applied, is connected to the ground. CONSTITUTION:In a first step of a circuit, capacitors C1 and C3 are connected in series between each power supply terminal 1 and a ground 2, thus enabling each Vcc voltage to be charged. Also, since capacitors C2, C4 and C6 are connected in series between the power supply terminal 1 and the ground 2, a total of 3 Vcc which is obtained by adding a charged electric charge of the capacitors C2 and C4 and a voltage Vcc of the power supply terminal 1 is discharged at the capacitor C6. Also, in a second step, the capacitors C2 and C4 are connected in series between the power supply terminal 1 and the ground 2, thus enabling a voltage of Vcc to be discharged. Also, since the capacitors C1, C3, and C5 are connected in series between the power supply terminal 1 and the ground 2, a total of 3 Vcc which is obtained by adding a charged electric charge of the capacitors C1 and C3 and a voltage of Vcc at the power supply terminal 1 is discharged at the capacitor C5.</p> |
