<p>PURPOSE:To enable a booster conversion efficiency to be improved by providing a third capacitor of which negative pole side, at which a charge of a second capacitor is discharged at a first timing and a charge of a first capacitor is discharged at a second timing, is connected to a power supply terminal. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C1 is connected between a power supply terminal 1 and a ground 2 in a first step of a booster circuit, thus enabling a power supply voltage Vcc to be charged at the capacitor C1. Also, a capacitor C2 is loop-connected to a capacitor C3 through the power supply terminal 1. At this time, since a power supply voltage Vcc is also applied to a negative pole side of the capacitor C2, the positive pole side reaches 2 Vcc, thus enabling the capacitors C3 and C4 to be discharged. Also, in the second step, a power supply voltage Vcc is charged at the capacitor C2 and the capacitor C1 is loop-connected to the capacitor C3 through the power supply terminal 1. At this time, since the power supply voltage Vcc is applied also to the negative pole side of the capacitor 1, voltage at the positive pole side reaches 2 Vcc for charged at the capacitor C3.</p> |
