PURPOSE:To provide a multilayer microwave circuit which can suppress the generation of a parallel plate mode and keep the satisfactory electric characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A multiplayer microwave circuit contains a triplet line consisting of the ground conductor members 6 and 9 which hold vertically a center conductor 8 via the dielectric members 2 and 3. In such a constitution, at least one of both members 2 and 3 and the members 6 and 9 have the similar shapes as the conductor 8. |
