PURPOSE:To precisely connect many fiber arrays and plural optical waveguides which are arrayed in three dimensions. CONSTITUTION:This connection component 30 makes connections between light beam path terminals of an optical fiber unit 10 and light beam path terminals of an optical waveguide unit 20 and has optical connection lines which connect pairs of light beam path terminals to be connected and multi channel light connection line arrayed spatially in three dimensions without crossing one another; and the optical connection lines are made of core media having a higher refractive index than a peripheral clad part.
