PURPOSE:To suppress the designation of a numerical data range including plural data strings at the time of generating the specified type of a graph for which a single data string is used. CONSTITUTION:At the time of designating the end point of the numerical data range for generating the specified type of the graph for which the single data string is used, information on a moving direction following a cursor key operation is inputted and the direction is discriminated (S1 and S2). When it is a vertical direction (movement to the same column as the starting point), an end input cursor is moved by one data and when it is a horizontal direction (movement to the same row as the starting point) the end cursor is moved by the digits of one data movement (S3, S8 and S9) and next moving direction information is inputted so as to discriminate the direction (S4, S10, S5 and S11). When a system is changed from a moving state for the starting point and the starting column to the movement to the other column, or the moving state for the starting point and the starting column to the movement to the other row, a key operation is ignored and the movement of the end point cursor is supressed. Then, the system is returned to an information input processing in a moving direction following the cursor key operation again (S4 and S10). |
