PURPOSE:To provide an adjusting circuit being capable of an excellent level adjustment with a simple circuit configuration fitted to from an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a level control circuit controlling a direct current level of an input signal, a limiter amplifier 11 changing the input signal level in accordance with a control signal, and a differential amplifier 12 to which an output of the limiter amplifier 11 is supplied, are provided and a signal level-controlled by the differential amplifier 12 is obtained. |
