PURPOSE:To stabilize a work head turning speed and to accurately execute its variable control by providing a link arm fixed at the center to a turning shaft and mounted at one end with a work head, and a balance weight mounted at the other end side of the arm and opposed to the head side. CONSTITUTION:A work head 70 is mounted on its turning shaft, i.e., a first sleeve shaft 154 through a link arm 110, and a balance weight 126 for the head 70 side mounted on the arm 110. When the head 70 is turned to pick up and mount works repeatedly upon rotation of a head drum 28, the weight 126 spaced radially of the turning shaft is also turned together with the head 70. Accordingly, the head 70 is stably and smoothly turned around the turning shaft. |
