<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic resistor which is enhanced, in a continuous electricity-feeding capacity and a short-time electricity-feeding capacity. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic resistance body for a ceramic resistor is constituted of the following: low-resistance layers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 which are arranged in the direction of a sheet thickness; and high-resistance layers 2, 4, 6, 8. It is provided with an function alloy gradient region. Heat corresponding to a loss caused in the high-resistance layers 2, 4, 6, 8 whose electric resistivity is large is conducted to cooling faces P1, P9 through the low-resistance layers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 whose electric resistivity is small and whose thermal conductivity is large. A desired sheet thickness is ensured by using the low-resistance layers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9.</p> |
