<p>PURPOSE:To adjust a threshold level between an input and output of an IC automatically by providing a pattern generating circuit in an output IC and a detection circuit and a microcomputer interface in an input side IC. CONSTITUTION:A pattern generator circuit 14 of an IC 1 generates a pattern synchronously with an external clock by a test signal from a microcomputer interface 15 and it inputted to gates of P channel and N-channel transistors (TRs) 11, 7-10 in an IC 2. On the other hand, a decoder 16 outputs an ON/OFF signal with data representing how many number of N channel TRs 3-6 from the microcomputer interface 15 are to be turned on. Then the pattern generated from the pattern generator circuit 14 passes through an input buffer 13, when it is detected as the same pattern, a detector circuit 7 sends '1' to a flip-flop 12, and when not in the same pattern, the circuit 17 sends '0' and this signal is fed to the microcomputer via the microcomputer interface 15.</p> |
