<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an intermediate voltage without requiring a separate power supply by discharging and erasing a charge of a second capacitor at a first timing, continuing the first timing after a third timing, using a voltage at a negative pole side of the third capacitor as an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:In the first step of a circuit, a capacitor C1 is connected between a power supply 1 and a ground, thus enabling a power supply Vcc to be charged. Also, a charge of the capacitor C2 is discharged and erased. Then, in the second step, the capacitors C1 and C2 are loop-connected through a ground 2 and one portion of a charge Q=C1.Vcc of the capacitor C1 is discharged. Then, in a third step, since the capacitors C2 and C3 are loop- connected, a charge Q2 of the capacitor C2 is transferred to the capacitor C3 and -Va appears at a negative pole side terminal 3 of the capacitor C3, thus obtaining a voltage -Va which is obtained by inverting a voltage which is a power supply voltage Vcc divided by a capacity ratio of the capacitors C1 to C2.</p> |
