PURPOSE:To produce the optical type recording medium having extremely high quality by providing a stamper on a heat roll in a direction where the wall surface of the stamper offsets the wall surface of transfer pits and transferring the pits. CONSTITUTION:The stamper 28 formed by pouring a developer 25 on a master disk 22 after resist coating and laser exposing from one direction and developing the pits is used as the stamper. This stamper 28 is provided on the heat roll 29 in the direction where the wall surface of the transfer pits offsets the wall surface of the stamper 28, by which the pits are transferred. The transfer of the pits with high accuracy is executed in this way even if the embossing speed is increased. The optical type recording disk having the extremely high quality is produced in this way. |
