PURPOSE:To form a device in a small size and with light weight and also increase electric capacity by securing electric conductivity and heat conductivity respectively between an external conductor and a terminal and between the terminal and an electric conductor. CONSTITUTION:An electronic device 15 comprises a substrate 6 which pushes against a cooling member 2 by a terminal 18 via a metal plate base 16 and heat conducting grease 4. In this case electric conductivity and heat conductivity are secured respectively between a conductor 20 and a terminal 18 and between the terminal 18 and a conductor pattern 7, and also heat conductivity between the substrate 6 and the member 2 is secured. Thus a base 16 may be thin metal, while the conductor 20 and the terminal 18 are electrically connected with each other by pressure welding so that length of the column-like terminal 18 can be shortened in an electronic device 1. In addition height of a working space does not need to be high. Therefore the electronic device 15 can be formed with light weight and in a small size.
