PURPOSE:To prevent a cooking omission and to efficiently manage an order by not only displaying order data in an output device but also displaying time data when ordered food is offered. CONSTITUTION:A waiter holds a portable terminal equipment 2, and an order content from a customer is transmitted to a controller 1 through a radio channel. Plural output devices 3(1)-3(m) are connected to the controller 1. The respective output devise 3(1)-3(m) are installed for respective section places by individual cooking types in a kitchen, and the type and the number of ordered food belonging to a concerned section are displayed. A display device 4 arranged in the kitchen or a counter is connected to the controller 1, in which information on the type and the amount of ordered food, time when the order is received and time when food is offered are collectively displayed, and order contents can collectively be managed. Food offer time can be inputted from the portable terminal equipment 2 and an input device installed in the counter or the kitchen to the controller 1. |
