PURPOSE:To provide a KANA(Japanese syllabary)/KANJI(Chinese character) conversion server device and its system of a server client system which can decrease the number of requests given to a KANA/KANJI conversion server part from a KANA/KANJI conversion client part and also can reduce the operating frequency of the KANA/KANJI conversion client part. CONSTITUTION:A KANA/KANJI conversion processing part 104 reads a dictionary 106 used for conversion of the single KANJI and sends the KANJI-KANA character string obtained by replacing the single KANJI given from a single KANJI conversion part 105 with a part of a KANJI-KANA character string to a KANA/KANJI conversion client part 101 based on a part of the KANJI- KANA character string given to a KANA/KANJI conversion server part 102 from the part 101, a single KANJI character code, and a single KANJI conversion command. |
