<p>PURPOSE:To seal gas in a gas-insulted bus, in which vessels are gas-partitioned by insulation spacers, without moving a gas cartridge. CONSTITUTION:Vessels 10-16 gas-partitioned by insulation spacers 31-36 thereamong are connected through valves 101-106, and valves 50-56 are independently provided at the vessels 10-16. When gas is sealed, the valves 101-104 are closed, and the vessel 14 is evacuated in vacuum by a vacuum pump 81 connected to the valve 54. Then, after the valve 54 is closed, the valves 101-104 are opened in the state that the valve 105 is closed, and gas is sealed in the vessel 14 from a gas cartridge 85 connected to the valve 50 through the vessels 10-13 and the valves 101-104. Accordingly, since the remote vessel can be sealed with the gas while the cartridge is stored at one place, an operating efficiency is improved.</p> |
