PURPOSE:To enable a sound effect generator to generate reproduced sound excellent in feeling of rise an acoustic signal by increasing the acoustic signal level for a predetermined very short period of time when the level of an output signal detected with the rise of sharply changed section of the acoustic signal level is higher than a prescribed level. CONSTITUTION:A signal Sa that is inputted to a full-wave peak detector BR from the input terminal (a) of a rise detecting section 33 is amplified and rectified to generate a signal Sb. The signal Sb is then inputted to a charge buffer amplifier CA to charge capacitor C4 with a very short charge time constant. After that, since the accumulated charge of the capacitor 4 is charged through a discharge resistor R12, a signal to be supplied to a differential circuit DF from the terminal voltage of the capacitor C4, that is an amplifier CA, becomes a signal Sc. The differential circuit DF is constituted of a time setting section TA, differentiates the signal Sc supplied from the amplifier CA to the differential circuit DF to obtain an output signal Sd. Since the time setting section TA prepares the signal imparted wit a signal having attack feeling of short time by a time constant determined by capacitor C7 and resistor R14. |
