PURPOSE:To provide an electronic filing device capable of easily finding objective documents and effectively operating even in the case of usual retrieval with the preservation month number changing function by excluding documents, which pass the preservation term, from the retrieval object. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a storage device 10 where first secondary information is held, a memory 11 where information of the retrieval range for discrimination of documents is held, a control circuit 12 which is connected to the storage device 10 and the memory 11 and controls first secondary information in the storage device 10 and information of the retrieval range in the memory 11, an interface circuit 13, and a processor 14 which is connected to the control circuit 12 and retrieves documents based on information of the retrieval range and excludes documents, which pass a prescribed preservation term, from the retrieval object based on first secondary information. |
