PURPOSE:To surely transmit liquid data even when the liquid level of an underground tank is excessively fluctuating by a replenishment from a lorry. CONSTITUTION:A radio-type liquid level instrument is the instrument for transmitting the liquid level at every time T1 when the liquid level increases and at every time T2(T1<T2) when the liquid level decreases by radio wave while detecting the liquid level at specified time and is provided with a control means 10 transmitting the liquid level for fixed time after the point of time when the liquid level stops increasing or at every time T1 for fixed time when the change of the liquid level is more than a set point. When the liquid level changes more than the set point per unit time even if a float F is drifted or pulled out by the replenishment to the tank and a state comes to be just like the lowering of the liquid level, the control means 10 changes time for transmission cycle into shorter time T1 and transmits liquid level data from a liquid level measuring means 2 to a transmission modulating means 17 by applying electric power. |
