<p>PURPOSE:To prevent influence of an accident at the time of a malfunction such as gas leakage by easily monitoring gas in a gas-insulated bus laid in a duct. CONSTITUTION:A gas-insulated bus 3 composed by gas-partitioning vessels 6 therebetween by insulation spacers 7 and 17 and supporting conductors disposed in the vessels by the spacers 7 and 17 is disposed in a duct 4 provided with manholes 5. The vessels 6 are so connected through solenoid valves 13 as to circulate gas to set a gas monitoring zone. A gas monitor 10 for monitoring the state of the gas in the vessel 6 is provided near the manhole 5 to sense a malfunction in the gas partition, thereby preventing circulation of gas between the vessels 6 by the valve 13.</p> |
