<p>PURPOSE:To enable one timer to repeatedly output '1' and '0' from the terminal at designated intervals only in the period when the other timer outputs a specific output value from the terminal by providing two sets of timers in a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of timers are provided which consist of counters 123 and 128 which count a system clock, flip flops 126 and 131 which are set at the time of coincidence between counter values and a preliminarily designated value and are reset at the time of coincidence between counter values and another designated value, and terminals 109 and 110 from which flip flop values are outputted. In this microcomputer, the counter 128 of the second timer counts the system clock to set or reset the flip flop 131 only when the value of the flip flop 126 of the first timer is '1' or '0'.</p> |
