The subject of the invention relates to the technical sector of manual packaging of fruits and vegetables using plastic bags. The said invention is noteworthy in that it makes it possible to make available to the consumer, by virtue of its horizontal cylinder, or cylinder of any other shape, an open plastic bag capable of receiving a product instantaneously and very rapidly. The product suffers no damage when being placed in the bag. Moreover, the said invention permits very easy recovery of the bag/product assembly, preferably towards the bottom of the device. <IMAGE>
