The digital data are stored in a three-dimensional structure or material. Several beams of electromagnetic waves, particles, etc., penetrate from outside the memory for writing or reading the respective information with a double energy release at the respective point, i.e. the intersection of the beam. Thus, they cause a change of the substance for subsequent detection, e.g. by CCD. The entire spatial shape is penetrated by mostly parallel metal fibres, semiconductor strands, etc. with orthogonal intersection. Thus, the substance is changed by current flow between the intersection point fibres, etc. USE/ADVANTAGE - Replacement of magnetic discs, CDs, etc., with a facility of mfr. without further research in the field of holography.
