<p>The invention relates to a capillary dialyser equipped with a housing (1), a bundle of capillaries (2), fixed therein at both ends by an embedding mass (3) and sealed from each other and from the housing (1), inlet and outlet chambers (8, 9) for the blood being joined to said capillaries, and, surrounding the capillaries, a dialysate chamber (10), in which threads (15) from a textured yarn are disposed, where according to the invention the threads (15) are disposed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the capillaries (2) distributed over the cross-section of the bundle, and a sufficient number of threads (15) is disposed in the bundle of capillaries (2), that the cross-section of the dialysate chamber (10) is elastically filled by the bundle of capillaries (2) with the threads (15).
