The invention essentially consists in that the bracket of the mounting device is mounted so as to be rotatable upwards (57) on the basic body of the headband by means of a holder (26, 27) when the adjustment screw is tightened and the bracket of the mounting device is mounted on the basic body of the headband so as to be movable in the vertical direction (10) when the adjustment screw is relaxed and so as to be infinitely movable along the circular line of movement.
