<p>The present invention relates to a current generator (Is), comprising a first bipolar transistor (Q1), the base of which is linked to a reference potential (Vref) and the emitter to a first power supply potential (G) through a first resistor (R1); a first current mirror (M1), the input of which is linked to the collector of the first transistor (Q1) and the output of which is linked to the control electrode of a second transistor (Q2); a third bipolar transistor (Q3), the collector of which is linked to the output of the first current mirror, the base of which is linked, on the one hand, to a main electrode of the second transistor (Q2) and, on the other hand, to a terminal of a second resistor (R2) whose other terminal is linked to the emitter of the third transistor (Q3); and a second current mirror (M2), the input of which is linked to the emitter of the third transistor (Q3) and the output of which (S) supplies the said current (Is). <IMAGE></p> |
