PURPOSE:To make recovered water having a low carbon dioxide density by running condensed water in burnt exhaust gas along an air off-gas side heat exchanging surface of a post-stage heat exchanger, and getting the condensed water in contact with air off-gas having low carbon dioxide gas density by making them contact in opposition to flow with each other. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger to condense a water content in air off-gas 1A is provided in a post-stage of a heat exchanger for condensing a water content in burnt exhaust gas 2G. Condensed water from the burnt exhaust gas 2G is run along an air off-gas 1A side heat exchanging surface to get condensed water 1W, 2W in contact with the air off-gas 1A having low carbon dioxide gas density for making recovered water 6A having low carbon dioxide gas density. A fuel cell power generation device having a make-up water recovering device with which a regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin can be extended can thus be provided.
