<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a screen and make misoperation hard to occur by providing an input point decision means, a specific point decision means, and a processing means which performs processing corresponding to a specific point. CONSTITUTION:The input point decision means 50 decides whether the input of a transparent touch panel 10 is one-point input or multipoint input and detects the coordinates of each input point. Then the specific point decision means 5 uses the output of the touch panel 10 to decide the center of gravity of an input point in the case of multipoint specification or the specific point in the case of one-point specification so that the input point is regarded as the specific point, and performs processes of menu items 14A-14E corresponding to the specific point. The number of the menu items 14A-14E which can be selected with a small number of keys 12A-12D can, therefore, be increased. Consequently, the display screen is simplified and misoperation is reducible.</p> |
