PURPOSE:To provide the electronic musical instrument which enables diverse sound image localization and obtains various panning effect. CONSTITUTION:A panning selecting means (1) selects at least one of plural panning characteristics and, a sound volume balance data generating means (3) generates sound volume balance data corresponding to the panning characteristic selected by the panning characteristic selecting means (1) with panning data supplied from a panning data supply means (2), and a panning effect adding means (4) adds panning effect to an inputted musical sound with the sound volume balance data generated by the sound volume balance data generating means (3). |
